Community first
Ratings, reviews, Q&A threads and curated stacks come from real users. Makers answer questions and respond to reviews on their own listings.
Availability monitoring
We continuously probe listed tools for reachability, price changes and signs of abandonment — dead tools are moved to a public graveyard instead of lingering as broken recommendations.
How a tool gets listed
Every listing follows the same pipeline — nobody can buy their way past review.
Submission
A maker submits their tool — or our editors add one they consider notable. The same review applies either way.
Review
AI assistance screens the submission (classification, duplicates, obvious spam); a human makes the final call. Low-quality or thin listings are rejected.
Publication
Approved tools go live with facts verified against the product site. Makers can claim their listing at any time to keep it accurate.
How rankings work — and where money fits in
- Organic rankings (Trending, Top Rated, Most Saved, launch leaderboards) are computed from community signals: upvotes, ratings, review quality and visit patterns. They cannot be bought.
- Editor's Picks are curated monthly and independently labeled — a paid plan doesn't get a tool picked.
- Paid placements exist (Featured slots, Sponsored sections) and are always visually labeled as sponsored. Paid listing plans buy faster review and a do-follow link — never a ranking boost in organic lists.
How we use AI — plainly
This is a directory of AI tools, and we use AI ourselves — we think you should know exactly where:
- Screening submissions and drafting routine summaries (FAQ drafts, feature lists, translations). Drafts are checked before publication, and tool facts always come from the product itself.

Community content is human by definition — reviews, Q&A and stacks are written by registered users. We moderate abuse reports and hide content that breaks our rules.
- Recommendations (semantic search, "pairs well with" suggestions) come from machine-learning similarity over the catalog — they reflect tool relationships, not payments.
Corrections and contact
